Service Description

FinalVid provides AI-assisted video editing tools as a Software as a Service. Features may include uploading media, editing, rendering, exporting, and sharing video content. Service availability, features, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. Company is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities when using the Service:

• Upload, process, or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy, or is illegal, obscene, harassing, or harmful
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service or its security
• Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or overload the Service
• Upload malicious code or content intended to damage the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity

Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided by Company remain Company property. You retain ownership of media you upload. By uploading content, you grant Company a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. You warrant you have rights to all uploaded content.

Subscription and Payment

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and non-refundable except as required by law. Company may change pricing with notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms for export, storage, or authentication. Your use of such services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. Company is not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes is in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
